MigrantHire is a qualification and placement platform for refugees and people with an immigration background. The team accompanies and supports the platform users in finding relevant educational opportunities or a relevant job opportunity. After the job applicant has built a profile with all necessary information for the German job market, the team aids them in the evaluation of their current situation, as well as in the final match with a fitting company. Simultaneously, MigrantHire offers companies the chance to make their internships, apprenticeships and jobs available to refugees.

The vision of MigrantHire is to qualify refugees and integrate them in the German job market.
