Young refugees are introduced to service and kitchen responsibilities through practical lessons, and simultaneously prepare themselves for the Certificate of Secondary Education. In addition, the Cooking Global team is planning to operate a local restaurant. This will enable participants to get experience working at events and in catering outside of the normal lessons.
Accomplishing tasks together, not just showing up, but actually belonging, working hard and yet having fun while at it, showing the customer how good this concept works and that all can profit, this is the vision of Cooking Global.
