Chancen gestalten

The association Chancen gestalten sets up one-to-one mentoring connections between young refugees, school children, students and people with jobs who are the same age. The mentoring programme is based on a qualification structure that uses ROCK YOUR LIFE! as a model. Mentoring lasts for a year and is designed to persuade local businesses to offer internships and training opportunities for refugees. The association collaborates with workeer.de and helps refugees with all matters related to the application process. Lars Maertins holds a full-time PEP scholarship for 2015 and is CEO of ROCK YOUR LIFE! in Heidelberg. His start-up business colleagues completed a degree in Anthropology at university and are currently training to become intercultural educators. The managing directors and founders of RYL! gGmbH are personally involved in the scaling process.
